With a dynamic blend of engineering precision and a profound commitment to safety and health, I've dedicated over two decades of my career to ensuring workplace safety, health compliance, and promoting holistic wellness. My journey began with a solid foundation in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez, followed by an M.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, which propelled me into roles demanding technical expertise, leadership, and innovation.

My tenure with the OSHA 23d consultation program as a Safety and Health Specialist and Trainer crystallized my commitment to worker safety and health. Here, I led pivotal initiatives, including developing virtual safety inspections and site audits, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, and independently conducting field interventions post-disasters to assure safe working conditions. These contributions not only heightened community outreach but were also recognized as OSHA Consultation Success Stories.

As an independent consultant, I've continued this mission, offering services in occupational safety and health compliance, emergency action plans, and OSHA-authorized outreach training, among others. My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of workplace hazards, regulatory standards, and a genuine concern for individual well-being.
